The new 2017 KTM Duke 125 will get a more aggressive design with sharper fairing. It shares its looks with the new Duke 390.

9/11/2016 Update: The 2017 KTM Duke 125 has been unveiled at the ongoing EICMA show in Milan. The bike gets improved cosmetics, which is now in-tune with their flagship Super Duke, along with upgraded features and an EURO-IV compliant engine.
It is unlikely that the smallest Duke will launch in India.
Early updates: The KTM Duke 125 will get fresh updates in its 2017 model, along with the 2017 Duke 200 and 390. Though there are many reports of launch of the bike in India, the Austrian manufacturer has not confirmed anything yet. With possible EICMA reveal around the corner, we might get clarification on the fate of the bike in the country soon.
