Bajaj Pulsar VS400 (Dominar 400)- UBI Report

Bajaj Pulsar VS400 India

Much like how they launched the Pulsar RS200 instead of the SS200 in India, Bajaj has renamed the CS400 to VS400. It is unclear what ‘VS’ stands for.

Update: Bajaj has again renamed their 400cc bike as Dominar 400.

Powering the VS400 is a 373.2, Single Cylinder, 4-stroke, Triple Spark mill producing 35 bhp of power. This is a detuned version of the engine seen on KTM Duke 390, made ideal for comfort/touring purposes.

The bike will compete with Mahindra Mojo, Honda CBR250r and upcoming TVS Akula on launch

The information currently available is from a leaked ARAI document, more details will come out in the weeks ahead.
